Vegan Recipe
Rashers
Ingredients:
- tempeh
- soy sauce
- sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Method:
Slice the tempeh, and marinate in soy sauce (this can be anything from
a couple of minutes to overnight). Fry in a little hot oil, turning
once.
Alternative method - do not marinate the tempeh, just fry in a little
sunflower oil to which a pinch of salt and pepper has been added.
Good on sandwiches or as part of a vegan breakfast.
