Uncaged has opened a new political initiative to defend animals from Procter & Gamble and other animal testing companies. An MP has tabled EDM 1279 on our behalf, applauding the Boycott P&G campaign and calling on the Government to resist attempts to water down the proposed European ban on the sale of animal-tested cosmetics.

Dozens of monkeys destined for experiments in South America arrive in an English sanctuary just 6 weeks after a successful International Animal Rights Day protest to close the laboratory in which they were imprisoned.
